—2021 Induction Training for New Graduates/Interns 

How time flies! The first stage of new employee induction training of L&K Engineering came to an end. Through these days of learning, I have deeply felt the strong corporate culture atmosphere of L&K Engineering. What impressed me most is from the HR manager Wu Xiaofeng, “Make yourself at home in the company”, which also slowly eased our tense as new recruits and made us feel quite comfortable after the training. 

Since I joined the company, my greatest feeling is that everyone is warm and cordial, and students from various universities and colleges all over the country get along well with each other, especially our lecturers, from general manager to department heads and seniors. The classroom atmosphere was lively and the teaching content was vivid. The whole training covers company introduction, business philosophy, company rules and regulations, basic etiquette of staff, common sense about administration and information, o-the-job safety education, standards for issuing purchase orders, brief introduction of dust-free room project and CAD introduction, including both theories and practices, making us beginners gradually understand where we will go. 

In the first training, General Manager Mao Zhihui gave the company introduction. We, like a piece of paper, were puzzled about some professional terms. But through this class, I learned that what I have learned is quite different from what I use today. The curriculum knowledge is only theory, and it is an immutable truth that true knowledge comes from practice. As the finest diamond must be cut, we urgently need guidance and instructions from the senior as we just stepped out of the campus. Wu Xiaofeng, manager of HR Department, taught a lot of knowledge about workplace etiquette. I quite agree with what he said at the beginning - “Manners make the man”. In this training, I was most impressed by the business philosophy of L&K Engineering: professionalism, innovation, leadership, waste reduction and responsibility. As manager Wu Xiaofeng taught us, professionalism means the dignity and glory of doing things, innovation is the driving force for the survival and growth of enterprises; leadership is to enhance the value of the enterprise, waste reduction shows the ability and experience, and responsibility is the basic principle and attitude of being a human. The most important for us now is to consolidate “professionalism”, and the most striking thing for me is “innovation”. In these ever-changing days, only by making continuous innovation, will we not be rolled over by the wheel of history. “New” means opening up and innovating, and constantly improving ourselves; only innovation can lead to vitality, and only innovation can lead to development. In the face of increasingly fierce industry competition, innovation has become the core factor to promote development, and there is only innovation at the forefront of the times. After understanding the company’s business philosophy, I have great expectations for the following work, and get a clear goal in the future work and the motivation to achieve it.

It is a great honor for me to join L&K Engineering. In the future work, I will continue to study and work hard, actively consult with seniors, integrate into the work team as soon as possible and master basic professional skills. I believe that in the near future, I will return the company with excellent performance and make my own contribution to the development of the company!
